Hello,
I'm having issues with my EPC3828 modem: I've just moved to Helsinki and my landlord told me that Wifi was included and I would have just to plug my modem to have a working connection.
However, if I connect the modem (I used the signal splitter included in the TV wall plug), there is no connection. The DS led is always blinking whereas the Online and US are sometimes on for only a couple of minutes. I tried to connect to the router settings page and it does not show any connection active.
What should I do?
Please help.
